Eileen's Tips for Success
- For quick results, use a food processor or blender to crush the pretzels. However, placing pretzels in a large plastic bag and using a rolling pin to crush the pretzel works well.
- Press the crust down tightly in the pan so the crust is firm enough to hold the pie filling.
- Don't skimp the chill times. It's important you wait for at least the times I've mentioned for the best results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Any type of mini pretzel will work. The thinner mini pretzels have a better crunch in the crust.
For the best results, allow the pie to chill in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours
