Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place seasoned cauliflower mixture in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 400ºF for 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender, stir a few times during air frying.
  4. Transfer cooked cauliflower from the air fryer to a serving bowl. Drizzle bang bang sauce on the cauliflower. Reserve some for dipping.

Leftover cauliflower can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

The cooked cauliflower can be frozen. To freeze, place the cooked florets on a large baking sheet. Spread the florets so they are not touching.

Place the baking tray into the freezer until the florets are frozen, about 30-40 minutes. They frozen cooked cauliflower can be then placed into freezer safe bags or containers in the freezer for up to 3-4 months.
