- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
- Gently oil grill grates with a avocado oil to avoid sticking.
- Place 6 frozen burger patties into the preheated grill.
- Cook for 6 minutes per side or until a minimum of 160°F with an instant-read meat thermometer.
- Place a slice of the 6 slices American cheese onto each patty, close the lid and heat for an additional minute or until cheese begins to melt.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of each 6 burger buns, top with Romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes (sliced thin), sliced raw yellow onion, ketchup, mustard , and pickles.
- Top with top bun and serve.
