    Expert Tips

Expert Tip: Cook the burgers to an internal temperature of 165°F for a juicy burger. Air Fryer temperatures can vary depending on the air fryer brand. It is imperative to use a meat thermometer for an accurate temperature of the burger.

    • Be sure to keep the burgers separated, in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Otherwise, they can be difficult to separate after air frying.
    • For burgers, use lean ground turkey with a fat content of no more than 90%. The higher the percentage, the meat runs the risk of being dry due to the low-fat count.
    • Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray before placing the burgers in the basket.
