- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Divide the mixture into 4 and shape each one into a patty that is no thicker than ¾”.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray and add the burgers.
