    Variations

Here are a few variations of this recipe:

Bone-in pork chops can be used in this recipe. Add another 2 minutes to the cooking time.

Pork Chops with Chipotle BBQ Sauce - After the pork chops are cooked, brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Brush the chops with teriyaki sauce instead of using a dry rub.

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops - Before cooking pork chops in the air fryer, coat them with grated Parmesan cheese.

Honey Garlic Pork Chops - In a small bowl whisk together ¼ cup honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Rub this mixture all over the pork chops before cooking.

We use olive oil but any of your favorites can be used such as avocado oil, grapeseed oil, or canola oil.

If you prefer, a non-stick cooking oil can be quickly sprayed onto the pork chops before adding the dry rub.
