- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380°F/193°C.
- While the air fryer preheats rub or brush olive oil all over the pork chops.
- Then sprinkle the pork rub all over the pork chops.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, remove the basket and give it a light spray with the non-stick cooking spray. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket.
- Place the basket back in place in the air fryer. Set the temperature at 380°F/193°C, for 12 minutes, and turn the pork chops halfway through cook time. The pork chops will read 145°F/63°C when done.
- Ready to serve with any of your favorite side dishes.

Leftover pork chops can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight covered container for up to three days.
To reheat air fryer pork chops, set the air fryer to 370°F/187°C for 3-5 minutes or until heated all the way through. Do not overcook the pork chops or they will dry out.
