Easy Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups green grapes (cut in half)
- 3 large bananas (sliced thin)
- 1(20) ounce can, pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 ½ cups can, mandarin oranges
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces whipped topping, 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar, 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, and 8 ounces cream cheese. Use a hand mixer with beaters attached and beat on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed, until ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- To the cream cheese mixture, mix in 2 cups green grapes (cut in half), 3 large bananas (sliced thin), 1(20) ounce can, pineapple chunks (drained), 1 ½ cups can, mandarin oranges, 3 cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup coconut flakes. Mix until everything is combined and well coated.
